INGREDIENTS:

1-3/4 Cups Light Rum
14 Ounces Eagle Brand Milk
1 Cup Half And Half
4 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
2 Teaspoons Instant Coffee
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract

DIRECTIONS:

Whip slowly, but well. Refrigerate. Keeps 1 month (4 weeks).
